I belong to a Wiccan group and we prefer to worship outside in the warmer months and at night. We're not Devil worshippers and we don't kill anything. Would the community be so gracious as to allowing us the use of the grounds?

You have register with the parks district. They do allow use after night in certain parks, but you have to register and get approved first. I have been to telescope outings in Wood county parks but there has to be a night request registration.

It is closed at night, however they do have a camping area that you may be able to use.

It is normally closed at night but if you contact Wood County Park District they make a exception. I can't answer for them but this is what I would do.
