Ordered a pizza at 8:15 pm, it's now 10:06 and we haven't received our pizza. 3.1 miles from our hotel and the driver said stuck in traffic yet there's no traffic. On a scale of 1-10 I give their service a -9. Where's our pizza.

Why would you give them a 9. If you haven't even got your pizza yet. I would give them a lower number than a 9. Give them a call . They should be able to help you with this issue
