They accidents seem to always be with another company in the area. We felt perfectly safe with these guys! Very professional and safety conscious. We will use them again during our next visit this fall! :)

You're going to be just fine. Of course doing this carries a certain level of risk but I can tell you my pilot when I flew there was very skilled.
We just went in March. Everything was fine. They are very professional and explain everything before take off.
Nothing to be concerned about, the pilot as well as the ground crew were exceptionally good.

This was my first time ever and I would go back in a heart beat. I felt safe and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
I just went on their ride in May .. It was very smooth .. The guy driven seem to know his stuff .. It was beautiful. We flew over to Gatlinburg and back ..
