I see buffalo in the pictures for this place, but I have been here three times & not seen any. Where are they, or why are they no longer here?

They were relocated to a different park about two years ago during the lake dredging.

Iv also been here multiple time and never seen them.. I believe they are either moved, or just for show..

They no longer have them. Not sure why.
