Why don’t Walmart teach their employees the policies that they put in place for exchanges and returns? When you ask an employee a question and their answer is different from customer service it’s very unprofessional.

There are times when employees don't want to be bothered with that issue at the time so you get what you get. It's not easy dealing with the public policy or no.

It's pathetic that Walmart & dozens of companies do not care about their customers and employees. Their only concern is Money in the board's personal pocket. I do as much as possible online to avoid Walmart!

I have done back when a different employee was working CS. They are not consistent in their policy from person to person. All else fails, go to another store as I have done. Someone can resolve the issue if you take the time.

They need to train all there managers . Each department has a different manger and all of them have been told different ways of doing things. This is something for corporate
