There is overnight parking. I've heard that sometimes you may have to pay a small fee. The time we stayed overnight, there were a couple other motor homes besides us, and there were no issues. The police drove through a couple times throughout the evening just to check things out.
I haven't seen any camp sites. They do have house boat rentals down water street
