I swear this is a daily problem. They never answer and the ones who do if you ask will get an attitude and say they are not even supposed to be in that section today. Same if you go in store. 3 worked. Tall gay dude Mexican girl and an old white lady all back there in electronics and only there but if you ask for help or let them know you been standing at the desk yet for 20 minutes with no help they respond the same way. But it's always the same people in the same spots. I have lived here a few years and this is by far the most ridiculous Wal-Mart in pc. They harass everyone who returns even if it's with a receipt. The manager is always brought up and having to help calm things down.
