Positive: The hot breakfast was excellent! The location was excellent as well. Quick drive to the county pier and public beach area. Hand sanitizer and Lysol wipe stations were convenient. Negative: There were a few stains here and there in the room. I did not like that you must request a housekeeping visit the evening before you need it. The accommodations were nice and very clean. The young lady at check-in was very pleasant but the assistant general manager was a very rude gentleman. He was rude to his staff when they ask a question as they were new and not aware of how to apply pet deposit. He was also rude to myself when I asked general questions about the charges to my account. Management sets the tone for the quality of customer service you receive at an establishment. This gentleman should never have been put in an assistant manager position with the attitude he presented to staff and guest.

The hotel provided us a great room to stay while in PCB over the weekend. I used the Hilton app so I did not really interact with the staff much. The room was clean and did the job. The continental breakfast in the morning gets pretty busy and you could tell the staff couldn’t keep up with the cleaning of tables and replenishment of food. Regardless, a good overall stay for a quick weekend vacation.

Positive: Roominess, work space Negative: Front desk staff attentiveness, took too long to get someone on phone or at desk- guests should not wait to talk to staff on phone. Took over 5 rings on phone to get someone to talk to. Liked my check in receptionist.
