Horrible customer service, employee ID 403 older male very rude and hateful rolling his eyes and shaking his head out of anger because an elderly lady did not know she needed to put her phone number in the keypad to get the Walgreens discount, as a former Walgreens employee he should have asked her if she had the Walgreens discount card but because he failed at his job he became angry with her. Was very hateful and rude with all of the customers not to mention another male worker pretending he was busy so he didn't have to open his register and wait on customers!!!

I called and spoke with the Pharmacy to ask what time they closed. When I was told in 9 min and I was 10 min away. I honestly didn't think I would make it and I didn't. They were still kind enough to reopen and take care of me. The prescription was for my wife who had just had surgery so we are both thankful for their assistance and professionalism.

Once again, this is the worst Walgreens I have ever experienced. You can not get them to answer the phone and I have been on hold for over 20-minutes. Okay, if they are THAT busy, they must be making money so for "service-sakes" hire some more staff and if you can't get people to work, then pay them more. It starts at the top and something has got to change with this stores management. I tried to give it ZERO stars but Google will not let it post with out at least one.

Trying to get a presciption picked up - 5 phone calls and multiple visits - even went on line and placed an order then processed payment for order and prescription pick up - half the order was not available at pick up - ordered 5 items and only had 2- now a second stop to get items they let me pay for then said they didn't have - Had to pick up prescription the next day as no one actually knew the process and how to help or fix the issue - At pick up the price had changed and now the order won't process - This is worst experience I have ever had! (Hours on the phone) I know we are all busy ...but take a number and call back, no need for your customer to sit on the phone for an hour plus while they hear you taking care of others customers while you sit on hold)
