Hi Cindy, we do allow fishing at Killens Pond State Park. We have a vehicle entry fee for all of our parking areas - $4/DE car, $8/out of state car. Anyone between the ages of 16-65 must have a Delaware fishing license which you may purchase online or at sporting good locations such as Walmart. Have fun fishing!
