I have lived here for over 10 years without incident. The new management horizon land management is now trying to push out everyone who owns their trailers so they can resell them in a rent to own package to make more money I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have a few friends that love here. Although a relatively nice area they could do some maintaining to the potholes as your driving through.
