I heard a rumor this strip mall had been sold and this laundromat was going to close. Is this true but more importantly, is it still open now, Nov 8th? Thanks for any help :)

The strip mall is still owned by Demetree property's and has been for the last 30+ years. They have been trying to remodel the plaza for years. The business are not going anywhere.
