I like this place. It's 25 mins from me but staff is helpful and my clothes are washed, smelling good and folded nicely everytime. A little pricey but worth it!

Expensive dang dryer cost $1.50 washer decent price but it stinks... doesn't get that hot. But clothes are clean

Questions & Answers

Why do you guys advertise .79 cents (for non folded clothes) a pound but the minimum is 22.50?? Doesn't make sense. If you do the math .79×19 is 15.01 so why the false advertising?? We used to come often, we wont anymore however.

Sorry for the confusion Jonathan! Our minimum charge for any order is $22.50 regardless if you do wash and fold or wash and go. The sign should say minimum order is $22.50 - sorry if that wasn't clear. Please stop back in and I'll refund you the difference. I will also make sure to update the sign so that it's more clear for other customers as well. Thanks for the feedback and we hope to service you again soon!

This place is very up to date and convenient It’s a breath of fresh air especially in neighborhood like Oakridge S/n This lil shorty who works there was very helpful and was the one that brought to my attention you can use your card

Why is the kids station next to the exit where kids can easily get kidnapped and you can't see over all the machines. Thought about coming here, but this doesnt look safe to me.

Hi Peca! We require kids to be supervised at all times while in the facility - We wouldn’t expect a parent to leave there kid alone regardless where the kid area was placed.

Hi Samantha! You can do your own laundry like a normal laundromat here OR you can use our drop off wash and fold service OR use our free pick up and delivery wash and fold service. We offer multiple options to help every typw of customer. You can also pay for the machines with quarters (we have a change machine and ATM in the store) or you can use our free app and pay for the machines with credit card - up to you. We are a fully attended store every hour that we are open so there is always someone there to help you if you have any questions. Thanks for using The Laundry Room!
