Contact the management in person or in writing, preferably both!
The best way to recognize great service is to go to the Customer Service desk and ask for an LOD. Then ask for the Target Team Member to be recognized for great service. This way it goes on her employment record as doing a great job and they might be put in for an employee award for service.
My guess would be somewhere on their corporate page (It's great when they hear a review from corporate)
