I have a serious disease which causes me to need to use the restroom quite frequently. I had to use the restroom on the first floor on Sunday. It was extremely hot in there and I went to the handicapped bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser was broke and would not close and it was hanging right on the toilet. At this point it was too late to use another stall. So I had to try to use the tape that was on it to keep it closed while I finished my business. I don't know you can commercials saying you are so great and you don't even take care of what is important. I am 74 years old and I feel that you should put your priorities where they belong.

JCPenney has a great selection of socks. Stopped at several stores and couldn’t find no show socks anywhere. Luckily they had a variety of options available!

Haven't shopped at JC Penney for 20 years but I'm happy to see it hasn't gone under like everyone else. Great prices today on Easter shoes(30% off) and light summer sweaters. Staff was very helpful and if they didn't have an answer for my question they found it out for me. Solid jobs guys!!👍👍 Keep up the good work.
