Great place for Uber pickups
Hi Sandra, We may ask a month to month tenant to move their rig once a year to pressure wash the pad but it's only requested as necessary and we would give you plenty of notice. Typically if your RV doesn't have any rust and looks clean and safe it will be acceptable, however, all RVs must be approved by the manager. My mom lives there,she said there is a 3 month waiting list for monthly.
They are monthly spots here. They do have a year limit but also say if the rv looks nice they may let you stay. That is up to management. Yoir best bet is to call and talk to them in the office.
