No. It's part of gen admission ticket. Try to buy online at least the day before you go.
Same as other answer. Just add that buying online day before provides you with a discount. Buying Season pass is cheapest, IF you go over 2 times. You also get free parking which otherwise costs additional $20 each time. Buy the Season Pass when they have special discounts like before the beginning of the season and Labor Day holiday to get a MUCH lower price.
