I returned to this location for a second time with 3 barely used luxury brand purses, brand new brand name pants and several professional tops, few with tags on them. I was 'helped' by Lori, the owner. I stood on my line patiently, and as I got to the counter, Lori deicided to take other customers before me while my items were literally on the counter and she was facing me. When I asked why she wasn't helping me, she was very condensing that I was a new customer and that others were waiting. She was incredibly rude and sarcastic, and had no explanation as to why she wasn't willing to help me. I would like to add that my first visit was met with inappropriate conversations in the store using derogatory terms for little people openly. After that situation was diffused, I opted to come back to this place to give it another try, very clearly against my better judgement. As a POC, it speaks for itself what's going on here.

Oh my gosh…I love this shop! Every time I am in town, I have to stop in and browse and shop. The prices are awesome. If you see it and it’s your size or style; get it because it’s usually the only one there is. Snooze you lose…trust me, I’ve done it and learned my lesson. Lori is amazing and so sweet. She did a wonderful job on her new store…love it! Chloe, her daughter is a sweetheart and Heather on the live videos is a ‘Hoot’…love her! If you haven’t been here before, give NU2U Fashion Consignments a try. I definitely will be back.

I discovered NU2U through my friend Nancy. I have been to both of Lori's shops, the new one in the Jackson Outlets, and the location she occupied prior to that. In both establishments Lori and Chloe were friendly and welcoming. The new location is much larger and Lori has a very wide variety of clothing and accessories. Recently I have begun to sell some of my own items through NU2U and I have had no difficulties or problems. I never leave the store empty handed!!!!

Love!! Love! Love This place! First time here and I will def make this trip monthly! Most is the clothing still has new tags on them.
