Called to find out if my prescriptions were ready, they answer and ask if they could put me "on hold a minute?" Sure a minute ended when I hung up 26minutes later! Yeah I will be canceling my Kroger RX membership and taking my business elsewhere. BTW they picked up and I told them my husband is at the counter waiting to be waited on!

There is this amazing woman that works at the self checkout that makes sure that I am not harassed when I enter with my medical alert service dog. I try to make my outings to run errands few. It has been incredibly challenging during the Covid epidemic for me with unkind words and refusal of entry or service. Her kindness has truly meant a lot to me.
