Yes. There is an upgrade you can purchase (you can then park right at the gate!) that is totally worth it if there is a group or you are bringing children. Have a blast and don't forget your meal deal and your free refill cup!
It does depend on which level of pass you bought. The passes bought recently are automatically gold with parking if processed by 10/31.

Yes. you automatically get the Gold membership with the passes, but they will tell you to come to the park within a certain time frame to redeem it. They even ask if you want to upgrade to Premium parking for an additional $20 at the booth. (That particular parking is located in front of the park entrance)
