Yes but you cannot open the bottle water it must be unopened bottle
Last I saw is yes but call and ask. They can change their mind. In the past they didn't allow any water bottles. BUT afterwards they changed policy after people fainted at the lines to the entry gate! I have seen when happened. I personally always got in with a water bottle as it is critical for my health. Worst case empty the water bottle and fill up again in the park. There are usually a water fountain nearby bathrooms.
