Waterpark is a separate ticket. We have season passes which includes water park.

Yes, you do. If you are close enough the perks of a season pass are worth it

Sadly, yes. But some types of Season Passes include entry to BOTH and give you FREE parking every time too (otherwise an additional $25 in 2018)
