You can bring her stroller, but be prepared to wait in line at security. Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but you can bring in sunscreen, so I imagine you can bring in formula stored with soft-celled ice packs.
You can bring in the stroller and formula. If you need a cooler you can bring it but it has to be a soft sided cooler. Hard coolers will not be allowed in
