Yes, technically it's $35;but, that fee can be used as a customer satisfaction fee. I've had it forgiven with less expense as a way to "apologize" for a strong negative customer experience. That only happened one time near the beginning of this 'new customer service' If this is a commonly used method you may checkout the Walmart web page and join the Walmart Customer Service. There's a monthly fee; but, it can be less.
