Hello, We will ask for your latest 2 pay stubs (from the job you've been at for at least 6 months, making at least $400 every other week)(or your award letter from ssi, making at least $1,000/month), 2 utility bills in your name with your current address. From your checking account that you've had for at least 3 months, we'll ask for a 30-day current transaction history with the current day's balance; also please bring in a physical check from that account, as we'll hang onto it for the duration of the loan. We'll ask for 3 references from the area (not living with you), and a valid photo ID.
*Your two most recent paystubs. *A 30 day transaction history from your checking account, current through the day you are applying. *Two current contract bills in your name that go to your address. (ex. cell pone, home phone, electric, gas, water, cable or trash bill) *A blank check. *Three references from the metro area that do not live with you.
