My neighbor moved and left their 2 cats behind. I have been giving them food & water but i noticed about last week that both of them are pregnant, I dont know what to do? They stay outside and I dont have the time or money to take care of them.

I would see if you could catch them and bring them to the shelter or call animal control and they can try.
