People who work there are so lazy to take people's orders. Every time when I call to make an order, they keep saying “Please Hold". The manager there should fire those employees or they should close the Pizza Hut there if they continue to do this.

I usually order online & have never had a problem. The wait time has been within reason when I have called my order in to them. Sorry you encountered difficulties. However, to generalize all those who work there as lazy is a huge assumption & very rude. Personally, I like our Pizza Hut & would never be so selfish as to want it to close.

The dining room itself is not that busy but they have a tremendous amount of call in orders and deliveries so that part of the business is extremely busy. Very sorry if you can't get through to order pizza. They do have online ordering if you have a computer. Just go to www.pizzahut.com and find your local store and you can order through their site.
