No you can't because if you go with a bottle of water they will grab it and throw it
You may not bring it with you if there is a drink in it (usually) they don't really turn people away for that anymore. Outside food or drinks are prohibited from Great Adventure. Even if it is empty the park will not refill the bottle for you unless it is one of their own sports bottles. You can bring water bottles but you cannot get refills you'll have to fill it at a water fountain.
