Yes the Safari is free the only thing you have to pay for is the carnival rides

Yes.. Believe or Not its Safari is in the park as a Ride/Tour. By The Staidum past log Flume. It Safari tour closes at Dusk.

I honestly am not sure I visited during autism day and the whole park was accessable during that event. But I will find out and edit this reply. Continued answer the Safari is included with the season pass it says the off road Safari is included hope this helps its a great place to go with friends and family hope you enjoy.
