Can I surrender a pet after hours? I found a car a couple months ago. He's roughly 8 and has been nuetered, my apartment just doesn't allow pets.

The only way they allow that is if it's an emergency. The police call Animal Control and make a report if a person is in danger or an animal is vicious. Just take him in during daytime hours.
