The only way you can do it is you will have to go there in person, you will need your card and ID.
You have to go to the players club desk
Hello, there is a page on their website that outlines the howto. I scanned it quickly before falling asleep. I think you need to go in and do the deed with the club. I was not exatlly clear where within that was performed. I am sure any inhouse employee would be happy to point out the right path.
You can submit your email address to the players club (VIP Guest Services) help desk. After calling them, I was informed that you can update your email address over the phone also, but, over the phone stuff is very limited and I was surprised that this was an option.
