yes they can as long as thier accompanied by an adult ,and must not be left unattended at anytime, also cannot be on the casino floor, only on the main floor where the restaurants and gift shop are located.

House rules do not specify that children are not allowed. They are prohibited from gaming areas, and it does say children may not be left unattended, which indicates some allowance for children with their guardians. It seems that they may be allowed in non gaming areas of the casino, like the buffet. I would make a point of confirming with the casino first, because the house rules aren't explicit regard it.

I don't think so. But I have never been to a casino with anyone under 18. I do know that I see kids @ Remington Casino all the time.
