I don't believe Macey's ships items to customers themselves at all. They are partnered with a company called Shipt who delivers grocery orders to customers, and Shipt advertises delivery in as soon as 1 hour, so I imagine it's a service that is designed to be for local shoppers. I would contact Shipt for more information about that though.
