They do have seasonal spots in which you can leave your camper but all water is turned off to bathrooms shower house and laundry and water lines blown out to trailers on nov 1st. Your welcome to come out but after closing date your amenities are very limited.

Not sure about year round. Call their online number. Sewer, water, elec combo is $40 per day on holiday weekends and a little less on others.
