If you have a specific store in mind you might want to call them to find out what time they close because they have various closing times

South Bay is not a store or a mall. It is a central location, a plaza, where different business (stores, resturants, grocery store etc) are located. So you would need to be more specific about business hour for a business located at South Bay. South Bay by itselt does not have hours of operation just parking space and businss location.
I think most close on weeknights at 930pm or 10pm. Lookup the store hours on web. Things like the movies or Stop & Shop will close later than that.
