Spent 3 hours outside of the Covid testing clinic at this location. Was provided sheet of intake info for Covid exposure, etc. Because I had never been to this clinic I needed a MRN to get tested. After four different 30 min phone calls on hold, I was still unable to get assistance. I was not provided with any alternative options and was told to just stay on hold. If people didn’t have Covid, I’m sure they all have colds now from waiting in the cold for hours.

This health center is no longer a community Health Center. An elderly patient can't walk in to the health center to request a copy of her Covid Test result because she does not have an email. We are talking about a "Non-English" speaking patient who has no idea what email is. When you try to reach a nurse, you'll get the response that the "Manager does not want us to print any result". Really? My Grand-Mother had to postpone her flight because she couldn't get her result on time. Whoever this manager is, probably does not even live in this community or understand what this community is about. If you had similar experience, don't be afraid to speak up! I hope this get to the right person, not the manager who's preventing a minority from getting equal service and access!
