No you cannot take any devices on the rides or bags. You have to leave all your belongings in a locker befire riding any rides. If you are caught you can be ejected from the park.

Not all the rollercoaster allow camera (I mean any type: go pro, phone etc) some that accept camera are: Batman the ride, Green Lantern etc. I hope you ask for permission and check the map for the one that allows camera before deciding to carry it. Certain rides are more strivt than others. I got away with recording just by sitting on the camera or putting it between my legs then bringing it out once the ride goes

I believe u can as long as its strapped to like, a helmet or secure somewhere on your body. But you cant hold it with your hands during the ride
