Nitro or the runaway train or the log flume (in order of challenge level from greatest to least)
I would go to Nitro. No loops, just ups and downs. Makes you feel like flying.
Dark knight and harley quinn are the two starter coasters. Dark night has more distractions along the way but its inside and darker which might be scary for some.kids. Harley quinn is outside and more traditional but for riders that like milder thrills. If you like those try skull mountain next for step up but stil mid level thrills.
Six flags doesn't really have a small coaster for beginners. Try something slow like the superman ride. Don't start with El Toro. That's for the strong of heart. Pro rider level. Good luck.
