Our campground is open. However we are very busy on Fridays with check-ins. If you leave a message someone will return your call. If you are inquiring about tubing the river is currently too low to tube.
Yes they are, my guess is that they have more calls coming in because of the upcoming holiday. We went a few weeks ago the first weekend they were open and had the same issue. We sent them an email and got a response after a couple hours. Since it was the first weekend they were open, I think the phone line was constantly busy as well. As far as the stay is concerned, we had a blast. The pool was still closed that weekend, but I believe it is open now. We also ended up extending our stay another night. Great place to stay and we hope to go back again.
