Yes it works no problem. Fright fest is only an addition to the days events so that you stay longer during fall days
Last year I had to buy a wristband for fright fest even though I was a season pass holder think it was 25 dollars

Yes, i was there last sunday and you have to pay $30 for the wrist band to go to some hunted attractions. Shows were free
Yes & no...but if you want to go the the maze, it costs about $30 per person.
In order to do the 7 mazes you have to buy a wrist band in addition to the day pass
Regular admission to the park whether it's season pass or one day is just for the park and rides. Fright fest attractions like the maze or 3d house are a separate price but it is well worth it
