I'm sure you can. If your comfortable doing it then if say yes. It's not a rough ride at all. The bathroom is down some steep steps so that could cause a issue if your really far along. Other then that is a awesome time.
Sure there are plenty of seats and the ride is not rough. Guess it will depend on how pregnant you are though.
