Our family had an impromptu reunion this weekend. I called ahead that morning and pre ordered our pizzas, they were very accommodating. Melissa was so gracious and patient serving us with a beautiful smile. Thank you for the time to be together. The food and service were excellent.

Ordered on the app, picked up pizza, and got home to find we were given the wrong pizza. Called and they offered to make the correct pizza so we returned to pick up correct pizza. We waited about 5 mins upon arrival but everyone we encountered was very kind.

I had a very attentive waitress and the staff is very accommodating however the pics I posted or at around 12:20 Valentine's Day. However within 15-20 minutes it was back loaded again fresh and hot out of the oven.

I know! Right? It's been 1 year since Hurricane Michael and we still can't get delivery from Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns to the Cove area near downtown PC! But the Pizza Hut on 23rd IS open. It just says not available for delivery to the Cove.
The ponytail girl, I know it probably doesn't help any but they all seem to need a little help on their people skills if they want to make some decent tips. I understand everyone is tired and stressed out from the day, but I was on my lunch break after dealing with people as well so I understand, ever I maintain eye to eye contact with each and every customer of mine and make them feel like the most important person in the world! You can even fake it and you'll go a long way! It really doesn't matter who it is each time I continue to go into service is getting worse and worse..... food is good the people skills not so much.
A few weeks ago I used my coupon and yes they did check. Hope this helped.
