Who does someone contact about the dirt bike riding around rc track tearing it up there are people that do it every night

I believe the owner's name is Dave and you can get ahold of him or his phone number when the square dancing place is open that's in the same parking lot

You would call the Spokane or Spokane valley Park Dept.

They did not do anything about it! They need to lock it up after 6 pm every night
