We start handing out numbers at 7 AM on Saturday and 9 AM on Sunday. You don’t need a number! Everyone is in the door within five minutes on Saturday and within two or three minutes on Sunday!

From what I have understood, if you are there before they open they give you a number. So if they are already open, I don't believe so
