Definitely don't. The space and the menu is so small you'll be in and out of there in no time.

I went during lunch time on Sunday, and there was plenty of room. Granted the location is small, so I would make a reservation during peak dinner hours .
I would say its not needed. Its a normal sort of eat in restaurant with an agreeable wait time if you have friends to talk to while you sit
