How do we make a reservation? I've called for days and left messages, sent an email, finally got one person on the phone but they weren't the right one to make a reservation with and said someone would call me back and I have not heard a thing.

Go there or ask someone to go there on your behalf of make reservations. I guess. I have not tried to make reservations.
