The open pavilion is open and anyone can use it. The one that is fenced in has to be reserved for use. There is a park office located adjacent to the parking lot close to the open pavilion. It is a wonderful park and very clean!
We've never had a problem I think it's first come thing. the big fenced in one I think is reserved but never seen any signs on any others.
