Yes. Random parking. No lot. Just drove by and there were a lot of cars. You can also park across the road. The creek runs under the bridge before the falls.
Yes there is but limited, if full u can park in park & walk over.

Yes it is on the side of the road . Make sure you don't park in front of the gate .. that creates problems since it is private property . Limited space though
