Yes. There are several locations to use a tent: by the lake, at deep ford, and a couple different places by the main RV locations (up the hill toward the cabins.) It's a GREAT place to camp!
Yes there is. There are different campgrounds where you can do tent camping. You can also use RV sites where you can set up your tent but most RV sites won't be good enough for tent camping.
