We did not use the fireplace so I cannot say for sure. I do believe the cabin office had wood for sale.
No but you can buy bundles of fire wood at the main office where you get the keys to the cabins.
We didn't see any stacked; however, the fireplace was obviously used (but clean). Is suggest bringing your own logs. Academy sports and outdoors sells them for $11/bag.
